This is a registration page for the membership group called "Retail" - applications for this group are automatically approved, and members can sign in to their account immediately. This membership group has been set to work with the shop app, which means customers can opt in to become a member during checkout simply by ticking a box, and all of their checkout details and order history will be stored in their account.
